There were nine flying discs of extraterrestrial origin. Nothing is superfluous. There is nothing extra on the craft. It is dark pewter in color. It has no human marks on it. Nothing is stylized. Everything there has a specific function. Everything has the same material, the same sheen, the same radius of curvature. The only sharp edges in the whole thing are the reactor plate that it sits on. Everything else has a curve to it. Human environments are full of different colors, different textures, different angles. None of that is there. It is just weird. Almost uncanny valley. You feel like you should not be in here. It was not cool at all. It is a really creepy feeling. Really ominous. I actually wanted to go back out. You had to crawl in and you could not stand up until you were almost in the center. Clearly it was not made for a human. Inside you can look down into where the emitters are on the third level of the craft. There are three seats in a triad formation. One of them right in front of the waveguide. Why would you ever put a chair there. You are going to sit there and there is a pipe in front of your face. All three face one archway. When we were in there one of those archways became transparent. The craft produced high voltage on its skin. There was a little bluish purplish glow on the bottom from corona discharge. It began to lift silently off the ground. It is not transferring its weight to the ground. The weight is just gone. As I walked out under the craft I could not see it. As I got closer the craft just turned into sky. What I was seeing was the light bending around the craft. I took a step back and I could see the edge. I went back under it. No wind. No sound. Nothing at all. It has a gravity field around it that bends everything from light to electromagnetic waves. Yet there was a guy with a conventional radio talking to someone inside the craft. That should be impossible. Project Galileo dealt with the power and propulsion system. This is where reverse engineering of extraterrestrial equipment began. The small reactor, the gravity amplifier, and the emitter were laid out on a table in the lab. The system was running. Barry said try to put your hands on the sphere. When I got close I could not. It pushed off just like like poles of a magnet. The first two or three inches is somewhat elastic but after that you are not getting anywhere. He shut it off, moved the reactor, said it is not connected to the bench, turned it on again, said push on it. The force was not being transferred to the device repelling it. The force is just going away. Nothing is connected together. No wires anywhere. The reactor is a hemisphere on a plate powered by a stable version of element 115. From x-raying the base plate it looked like a little cyclotron. They are bombarding the element 115 sample and it is producing a gravitational effect. I am increasingly convinced it is not actually gravity. I think there is another force of nature that we have not discovered and that is what this machine is taking advantage of. If you have a machine producing its own gravitational field you already rule the world. Force fields. Time travel. Warp drive. Everything hinges on that. The gravity amplifier is connected to the gravity emitter. It produces a gravitational wave and you can rotate the emitter and the effect changes the output. He put a candle in the focal point of the emitter and turned it. The flame stopped moving. He said that flame is frozen in time. I said it cannot be because I can see it. If it was frozen in time there would be no photons emitting from it. He said no it is frozen in time. Look at it. The candle was frozen. He rotated the emitter back and it became a candle again. He said watch what happens when we go way past that. He rotated the emitter further and a little black dot, a little ball, formed there. About the size of a tennis ball. He said that is the light bending away from there. I got as close as I could safely come to it. It was a completely dark spot. Like a little black hole but it was not affecting anything else in the room. No books flying. Nothing being sucked in. It was just sitting there quietly only bending light. How can you selectively pick photons to distort and nothing else. Everything was amazing about this. I sleep thinking about that technology.

The Tic Tac

November 2004. USS Nimitz, Pacific Ocean. Four naval aviators were scrambled to intercept an unknown contact that had been tracked on radar for two weeks. What they found was white, oblong, and unlike anything in any catalogue.

The Nimitz encounter is widely regarded as the moment modern UAP disclosure became impossible to ignore.
